Daventry District

Daventry District covers a large rural area in the west and north west of Northamptonshire. The only main town in the district is Daventry, with a number of "larger villages" such as Brixworth, Long Buckby and Woodford Halse. The area is almost at the centre of England, with major transportation routes passing through the area - M1, M45, A14, A45, West Coast Main Line, Northampton Loop, Grand Union Canal.

The District currently has 8 County Councillors in the 8 County wards

There are 38 District Councillors covering 24 Wards.

There are 74 Parish Councils.
